Information collected
Service-request forms may collect contact information, company information, project location, requested service, project details and consent records.
How request information is used
Information is used to review and route a service request. A qualified request may be shared with up to three relevant participating service providers for the purpose of responding to that request.
Provider applications
Provider-submitted business information may be reviewed for directory publication and operational eligibility. Publication is separate from paid-lead routing.
